1. Download VMware Player at [http://www.computerbild.de/download/VMware-Player-903275.html] (all others refer to the 
[vendor|http://www.vmware.com/de/products/player/], who requests an account)

2. Install and choose from the menu

You need an extra license. I took my old Windows XP Professional CD and created a new maschine. Installation was really like on a real PC and it runs much smoother and faster than the XP mode above.
