- filename for components = <anything>.component.ts
- create prefix for component tag name ("selector") to avoid namespace collisions
- there is at least one application module called app.module.ts
- there is one main.ts to start application with a bootstrap module (app.module.ts)
- prefer let before var
- specify routing in separate file and all components in in
