Die PLZ scheint insbesondere für die Lohnsteuer wichtig zu sein.
Im Hinweis 760868 - FAQ Lohnsteuerbescheinigung mit ELSTER(HR) werden unter "Fragen zur Gemeindenummer" zwei wichtige Tabellen genannt:

There is another address table used for address management (?), which is T536A. Report RPUADR00 can transfer adresses from T536A into T536C.

Company Addresses (Business address service BAS)#

SAP is storing the companies in table USCOMPANY with address number as link to the address management, table ADRC.

You can maintain the address-details with transaction SU01, menu "Environment / Maintain Company Address" (x.SUCOMP)
